Vitalscan Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking an appointment with Vitalscan. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

 

Appointment Booking:

1.1.  Appointments can be booked online through our official website or by calling our clinic.

1.2. The availability of appointments is subject to the clinic’s schedule and resources.

1.3. The appointment will be confirmed upon successful completion of the booking process (and receipt of payment, if applicable).

 

Patient Responsibility:

2.1. The patient must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

2.2. Any changes to personal or medical information must be promptly communicated to the clinic.

2.3. The patient is responsible for arriving on time for the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

 

Payment:

3.1. Payment may be required at the time of booking or at completion of procedure, as determined by Vitalscan.

3.2. Accepted payment methods will be specified during the booking process.

3.3. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the appointment may be cancelled.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

4.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Vitalscan at least 24 hours in advance.

4.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee.

4.3. Vitalscan reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative appointment.

 

Refunds:

5.1. Refunds for cancelled appointments will be provided according to the refund policy of Vitalscan.

5.2. Refunds may be subject to deduction of administrative fees or cancellation charges.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy:

6.1. Vitalscan adheres to strict privacy and confidentiality policies.

6.2. Patient information and medical records are handled in accordance to Vitalscan privacy and confidentiality policies.

 

Medical Advice and Diagnosis:

7.1. The appointment at Vitalscan is for diagnostic purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis.

7.2. The results of the scan or procedure will be provided by a qualified healthcare professional.

 

Liability:

8.1. Vitalscan Diagnostic Clinic and its staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8.2. The clinic shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the clinic premises.

 

Modifications:

9.1. Vitalscan Diagnostic Clinic reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Governing Law:

10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
