I must commend all of the staff on site as they were all BRILLIANT as well as happy to answer all of my questions but most importantly put my mind at ease. First of all, everywhere was beautifully clean and fresh and it felt very calm. There was an area where you could get a drink - hot or cold - and it felt extremely professional. I was seen by Dr Khalid Enver today who was absolutely brilliant. I was extremely nervous and emotional about the ultrasound but he put me at ease straight away and was kind and calm the whole way through. He gave me my results verbally straight away and was able to answer all of my questions. Jayme (sorry if I've spelt this wrong!) was there to assist Dr Enver and she was wonderful - so kind and reassuring and just the sort of person you want to be around when you're feeling nervous! Thankyou SO much to the team at Vitalscan, I cannot recommend this place enough and it was worth every penny!
