First of all, everywhere was beautifully clean and fresh and it felt very calm. There was an area where you could get a drink - hot or cold - and it felt extremely professional. I was seen by Dr Khalid Enver today who was absolutely brilliant. I was extremely nervous and emotional about the ultrasound but he put me at ease straight away and was kind and calm the whole way through. He gave me my results verbally straight away and was able to answer all of my questions.
